Installation and Initial Setup Instructions:

Important Notice: Please be aware that this product is supplied in a non-sterile state. It requires thorough cleaning, disinfection, and proper installation before its first use.

Preparation Guide

(1) Ensure the cooling water and atomization switches are firmly in the off position.

(2) Select an appropriate lifter based on the specific position of the tooth to be extracted.

(3) Connect the dental pneumatic source connector to the universal connector on the dental treatment machine, ensuring a secure and airtight connection.

Installation Process

(1) Firmly grasp the handle with one hand, while with your index finger and thumb, pull the handle tightly along the shaft axis.

(2) Using your other hand, gently insert the head's tail into the link hole. Slightly rotate the head until it's correctly seated and cannot rotate freely.

(3) Release the tappet lock sleeve, allowing it to automatically reset.

(4) Expect a slight movement range in the push-pull head; however, it should remain secure.

Debugging Procedure

(1) Before trial use, confirm once more that the cooling water and atomizing gas switches are powered off.

(2) Gently press on the pedals, observing break points to verify normal pneumatic functionality.

(3) Check for any leakage at the connection point with the gas source head.

(4) Ensure the air pressure indicator reads above 0.3Mpa during startup and operation; if below, adjust to the required pressure.

Operational Methodology

1. Employ a pen-like grip on the handle, initially positioning the sharp edge within the periodontal space.

2. Align the blade plane with the teeth, ensuring it matches the periodontal space for precise application.

3. Maintain pressure on the pedal, driving the sharp edge deeper into the targeted area, reaching approximately 1.2mm depth.

4. Gently rotate the tappet to expand the gap, ensuring it remains centered within the periodontal space to avoid clamping.

5. Continue the wedge and rotate motion to further drive the wedge to the desired depth. Adjust the wedge location as needed, following the same technique. Initial use requires shallower depth for safety.
